Another watercolor and pencil piece. I love doing these little illos. They don't take nearly the time that my full watercolors do and so keep their "freshness". Instant gratification, mmmmm.

Here's a detail of that last painting. I painted this piece last spring, finally using one of the many faerie drawings in my sketch book. They seldom make it to the color phase in my work - always passed up for something closer to reality.

Some sketches I made today while waiting for my scanner to finish. The little girl on the right was inspired by my sister who thought of wearing Christmas stockings on her feet. They're socks-socks go on feet. Very smart.
